I had a very disappointing experience at this Jiffy Lube today. This was only my second visit to this location. On my first visit, an employee directed me into the service bay, which is what I’ve experienced at virtually every oil change I’ve ever had. Today, as I slowly began pulling into the bay, multiple employees suddenly started yelling at me as though I had done something dangerous. It was startling, embarrassing, and completely unnecessary. When I mentioned this while checking in, I was told that people have driven into the bay incorrectly before. If that’s the concern, then employees should consistently guide every customer into the bay—as they did during my first visit—instead of screaming at someone who is moving slowly and carefully. What made the experience even more frustrating was what I witnessed while waiting for my vehicle. Two male customers arrived after me and simply drove into the bay on their own. No one yelled. No one rushed toward them. No one raised their voice at all. After seeing that, I couldn’t help but wonder whether women are treated differently here. Stopped in when my AC started blowing weak during a massive heat wave. They had me in and out in under 20 minutes with a fresh new air filter and headlight! Super great customer service as well!!

A couple of things. The least of which was NOT getting a military discount. This is in my file (or was). 2nd I was offered the opportunity to top off my coolant fluid for an extra $10.00. Not much but i declined. Later when I got home I topped it off - less than 1/4 cup. I can buy a gallon for $10.00 or less. I already had it. The big one was for my cabin filter. It's checked every time I go in. This time there was a large amount of oily/dirty housing insulation. Blamed it on mice. Maybe....they stuffed all the excess insulation back inside the housing after I declined to have them replace the filter for $49.00. (I keep them on hand and replaced my own in about 10 minutes.)) Before I changed it I noticed the blower motor jammed up from the excess insulation that was stuffed back in. I've been using this place for the past three years on both of my vehicles. I know it won't break you but I''ll go elsewhere from now on. If I've been scammed I can only wonder how often this happens or if people are even more taken advantage of.

I left with my car worse. I had a number of warning lights come up shortly after my oil change. I went back to have them look at it. The technician said hardware was missing or broken, but that they didn’t touch it during my maintenance; and he took care of it. The warning lights did go away. Later that evening when I drove to Westfield, I noticed my car was not running smoothly. It felt like riding in a car with someone who didn’t know how to drive a manual. The car kept jerking. This morning, those warning lights came back on. I have never seen these lights before in the past except for the check engine system. At this point, I’m not sure what to do. The technician I spoke to made sure to point out that they didn’t work in the vicinity where those lights would cause to come on. I never had any of these issues until I had my car serviced with this Jiffy Lube. I’ve brought my car there numerous times and no issues before.

I don't normally do reviews but this time it's warranted. I had the best service today getting my oil changed at Jiffy Lube. First of all I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, and the service was good. They remembered to reset the mileage indicator on my car and I was out of there in no time!
